Sticky Honey Sesame Chicken Wings. Transfer garlic paste to a large bowl and stir in soy sauce, hoisin, honey, oil and cayenne. In a large shallow dish, whisk together the soy sauce, Kecap Manis, honey, sesame oil and garlic.
Line a large shallow baking pan with foil and lightly oil foil. In a medium saucepan, combine the fish. Remove wings from oven; preheat broiler.
Mince garlic and mash to a paste with salt using a large heavy knife.
Wash the chicken wings in cold water, then place. juice.
Add the wings to a parchment lined baking sheet. Place wings in a shallow, covered dish and pour the liquid mixture over the top. Season the chicken wings and toss in a little sesame oil in a baking tray.
